About us

Mr. Huggins is an accomplished Las Vegas trial attorney with 40 years of litigation experience. Mr. Huggins completed his undergraduate studies at Weber State University in 1978, earning a foreign language Bachelor of Arts degree with a Minor in political science. Directly after graduation, Mr. Huggins enrolled in the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, from which he graduated in 1982 with a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Huggins was admitted to the Nevada and Utah State Bars shortly thereafter.

Since beginning his professional practice in 1982, Mr. Huggins has established himself as both an exceptional trial attorney and trusted counselor. Clients have remarked in the past how his legal representation has helped resolve ancillary matters in addition to the legal issues for which he was hired. In truth it is merely a reflection of Mr. Huggins’ approach to the practice of law—to serve clients with the thoughtfulness and compassion they deserve.
